The aim of this massage, as with all oriental massages, is to strengthen the flow, so-called "Qi", which represents the life energy in the body, with the help of unblocking the energy in the meridians - energetic channels that lead through the body of each individual person. Amma massage is performed on a special chair where you have to kneel for 15 minutes. During this massage, the customer keeps his clothes on and assumes a comfortable sitting position. By stimulating many points along the meridians located on the back, neck, upper arms, hands, hips and head, the customer is gradually relaxed and at the same time recharged with new energy.
