Jonny from Kachelofen ID – About a working day that requires relaxation in the evenings

A healthy back requires regular exercise, clean movement sequences and phases of relaxation and recovery. Regular back training is not compatible with everyday life for everyone and in some cases everyday life even resembles a workout. This is also the case with Jonny, owner of Kachelofen ID, where he and his team do hard work every day. He got advice from us on how he could give his body a well-deserved balance in the evenings from the intense stress of his job.

Jonny is self-employed and runs a company called Kachelofen ID that sells, delivers and assembles tiled stoves. Together with his team, he regularly transports ovens with a total weight of an average of 170 to 300 kg through sometimes winding houses and apartments. An activity that puts a lot of strain on the body and especially the back, which means exhaustion after a hard day at work is inevitable. After work, the body needs rest. In order to be able to continue doing your job with enthusiasm and, above all, healthily, a solution has to be found. In a conversation with Jonny, he tells us what ultimately brought him to us and what happened to him.

Jonny, what brought you to Massage Chair World?

"Well, since I have to carry a lot of heavy loads at work and this puts a lot of strain on my back, I was looking for something to compensate for it. After doing some research, I decided on a massage chair. It's particularly important to me that after a hard and long day, like today, I arrive home and can relax.

How will you use the massage chair in the future?

"As I said, it is necessary for me to process the working day at home physically. I will come home, feel my back and arms and slide into the massage chair. I will make this a routine and treat myself to a massage at least three or four times a week. 

I really think that this will noticeably benefit my body and I will be able to go to work fitter. In such a physically demanding job, tension and muscle stiffness can also bring with it risks and the risk of injury, which is something I would like to avoid in the future.”
